This has been coming up so much lately within myself but also our clients 💕⁠

What are you doing in your life that is bringing you joy, happiness and laughter? ⁠

Caught Up in the Daily Grind

We are so often in the mindset of doing and achieving and hustling but rarely take a step back to discover what is truly bringing joy into our lives.

When I talk to clients about this, they often say ‘I don’t even know what I like’ or ‘I don’t even know what really makes me happy’ which I do completely understand and I’ve definitely been there as well. ⁠

Starting New Habits

So what I encourage you to do is ⁠write a list of things that truly make you happy, bring joy into your life and make you laugh.⁠ They can be as big or as small as you like.

Some examples may be:⁠

  • dancing around in the kitchen ⁠

  • going on a hike ⁠

  • painting ⁠

  • playing board games ⁠

  • drinking a cup of tea alone for five minutes ⁠

  • the sun on your face ⁠

Then what I encourage you to do is try to put one of these activists into your schedule every day or a few days a week to help bring some happiness into your life ✨⁠
